This bonus wagering calculator works out a counted betting target, subtracts progress already credited and estimates the eligible stakes remaining at a selected contribution rate. Choose bonus only, deposit plus bonus or promotional spin winnings as the calculation base. An optional permitted stake gives an estimated number of paid rounds. The worked examples below explain each input and its limits.

What the wagering calculator tells you
Counted target
Apply the stated multiplier to the correct base. A bonus-only condition and a deposit-plus-bonus condition can produce different targets at the same multiplier.
Remaining stakes
Subtract progress already counted, then allow for the contribution rate of the selected eligible game. Raw stakes and credited progress are different inputs.
Optional round count
Divide remaining stakes by a constant permitted round stake. Read the bonus-terms guide and glossary before interpreting the figure.
The tool applies the conditions entered. It does not retrieve an account’s live balance or counter, select an eligible offer or decide whether a withdrawal will be approved. Keep the relevant promotion wording with a calculation so that the result can be understood in its original context.
Use the bonus-wagering calculator
Use one currency throughout. Choose the base stated in the specific coupon, enter its multiplier and the applicable game contribution, then enter progress already credited after contribution adjustments. Leave the optional stake blank if you do not need a round estimate. The deposit and promotional-winnings fields appear only when relevant to the selected basis.
Calculate a wagering requirement
Use one currency throughout. Dollar amounts are displayed with a $ sign. Enter the basis and multiplier stated in the specific coupon.
Changing an input clears the displayed result. Recalculate after changing the basis, contribution, progress or stake rather than reading an earlier output alongside new entries. Reset returns the form to its starting values. If the terms are unclear, resolve them before treating a calculation as applicable to an account.
Choose the correct calculation base
Bonus only
Use the amount of bonus credit to which the stated multiplier applies. This is not necessarily the advertised maximum match or the total package value. A promotion offering a percentage up to a cap can credit different bonus amounts for different qualifying deposits. Enter the actual applicable credit, rather than assuming every claim receives the headline maximum.
Deposit plus bonus
Use the qualifying deposit and the associated credited bonus where the terms expressly include both. Do not add unrelated later deposits or earlier bonus balances simply because they appear in the same account. The calculation base belongs to the particular claim being examined. See welcome bonuses for the difference between one claim and a multi-deposit package.
Promotional spin winnings
Use actual credited promotional winnings where the offer applies a separate multiplier to that amount. The number of spins and the spin stake are different figures. A promotion with separate deposit-match and spin-winnings conditions can need separate calculations; do not combine them into one base unless the terms explicitly define that treatment.
A hypothetical bonus-only example
Suppose an offer credits a $15 bonus with a 25× bonus-only requirement. The counted target is $375. If the operator has already credited $75 of eligible progress, $300 remains. At 40% contribution, those remaining counted dollars correspond to $750 of eligible stakes under an unchanged contribution rate.
Entering a permitted stake of $0.30 gives an arithmetic estimate of 2,500 paid rounds. This does not establish that the balance can fund those rounds or that the offer will be profitable. The remaining-stakes figure can be much larger than the initial bonus because it describes repeated eligible betting, not an additional credit or a guaranteed payment.
The steps are: $15 × 25 = $375 target; $375 − $75 = $300 remaining counted progress; $300 ÷ 0.40 = $750 remaining stakes. The low-wagering guide explains why the multiplier alone does not describe the full condition.
A hypothetical deposit-plus-bonus example
For a $25 qualifying deposit with a $50 credited bonus, a 20× deposit-plus-bonus condition uses a $75 base. The counted target is $1,500. If $125 of progress has already been credited, $1,375 remains. At 50% contribution, the remaining stakes are $2,750. A constant permitted $0.40 stake gives 6,875 paid rounds.
The same $50 bonus at 20× bonus only would produce a $1,000 target before subtracting progress. That smaller target does not make it the correct basis for the combined offer. The wording governs the input; a calculator cannot decide which conditions apply by comparing which result looks preferable.
For a real claim, identify the amount matched on that deposit stage, the relevant coupon and its validity period. A package headline covering several deposits does not mean every stage shares one combined target. Use the bonus-code guide to identify an offer and the welcome guide for its stage-specific context.
A hypothetical promotional-winnings example
Suppose promotional free spins credit $7.25 and the terms apply 20× to those winnings. The counted target is $145. If $5 of eligible progress has already been credited, $140 remains. At 100% contribution, the remaining-stakes estimate is also $140. With a constant permitted $0.50 stake, that corresponds to 280 paid rounds.
Entering a spin count such as 25 instead of the $7.25 of winnings would calculate the wrong target. The original spins’ stated stake is not automatically the stake permitted during subsequent wagering either. Read the offer’s separate game, mode, maximum-bet, expiry and cashout rules.
Free feature spins within a game are another use of the phrase. They do not automatically create an operator promotion with a separate wagering condition. Read no-deposit free spins and no-deposit bonuses for the promotional distinctions.
How game contribution changes remaining stakes
A contribution rate converts eligible betting into counted progress. At 100%, a $10 eligible stake counts as $10. At 50%, it counts as $5; at 20%, it counts as $2. The remaining-stakes calculation divides the remaining counted target by the contribution expressed as a decimal. Lower contribution therefore requires more eligible stakes for the same remaining progress.
A zero-contribution game cannot advance a target through further bets on that game. The calculator rejects zero because dividing by zero would not produce a finite completion amount. This does not make a forbidden game acceptable. A game’s eligibility, contribution and permitted modes need to be read separately from its presence in the lobby.
Ripper’s published rules, for example, tie bonus progress to eligible games and the rates in the specific offer. That is an operator example, not a universal contribution table. Our bonus-terms guide explains how to read these restrictions.
Enter progress already credited correctly
The credited-progress field means the amount the operator has already counted after applying contribution. It does not mean the current balance, deposit total, bonus amount or raw stakes placed. For example, $100 of qualifying stakes at 20% contribution represents $20 of progress. If the counter already reports $20 counted, enter $20 without reducing it to $4 a second time.
If the account shows remaining progress rather than completed progress, read the label before entering it. A $375 target with $300 remaining implies $75 already counted, assuming the figures refer to the same claim and units. Treating the $300 as completed progress would understate what remains.
The calculator prevents a negative remaining amount by using a minimum of zero. If credited progress exceeds the calculated target, it shows a warning to check the base and the operator’s counter. That warning does not confirm completion. A mismatched promotion, different counter units or an incorrect calculation base can all make the entries inconsistent.
Understanding the optional paid-round estimate
The round estimate divides remaining stakes by the entered constant stake and rounds up to a whole paid round. It assumes every included round is permitted and contributes at the same rate. It does not model changing stakes, game speed, interrupted play, bonus features or the possibility that the balance is exhausted first.
Only enter a stake allowed by the promotion. A larger number can reduce the calculated round count while increasing the amount risked per round or breaching a maximum-bet condition. The tool’s acceptance of a number does not establish that a casino permits it. Feature purchases can also fall within an active bonus’s maximum-round-stake rule; see bonus-buy pokies.
The estimated count is a description of arithmetic, not a schedule or a reason to keep playing. It does not calculate whether an expiry can be met or how much money would be needed to reach the count. Stop according to the limits chosen for gambling, rather than treating a calculator output as an obligation.
Currency units and rounding
Use the same currency in every money field. The $ sign is a display convention, not a conversion service. Bonus credits, game credits and cash amounts need to be interpreted in their stated units before calculation. Our glossary explains credit denomination and total stake.
Remaining stakes are rounded upward to the next cent. Estimated rounds use the underlying calculation and round upward to a whole round. In a hypothetical example with $1 of remaining counted progress at 30% contribution, required stakes are about $3.3333, displayed as $3.34. At a $0.40 stake, nine full rounds would cost $3.60 because a fraction of a paid round is not used.
The operator’s progress counter may have its own stated rounding or counting conventions. The tool cannot verify those conventions. Preserve the original rate rather than rounding it to a more favourable input, and check any small discrepancy against the actual offer and counter before drawing a conclusion.
Working with games that contribute at different rates
Separate the history into eligible batches. Hypothetically, $100 of stakes at 20% contributes $20, while $200 at 50% contributes $100. Together they produce $120 of progress from $300 of stakes. A simple average of the two percentages would not describe these unequal amounts accurately.
Use the progress already credited for the relevant claim, then enter the contribution assumed for the remaining stakes. If a $300 target has $120 credited, $180 remains. At 50% contribution that corresponds to $360 of further eligible stakes. It does not follow that earlier excluded activity becomes eligible merely because a later game contributes more.
If future play would mix games, one rate is a simplification. Keep separate calculations and records for the assumptions being compared. The game hub explains formats, while the specific offer determines contribution; a provider name or game category is not enough to infer the rate.
Cashout caps and account limits are separate
A wagering target describes eligible betting. A promotional cashout cap limits the amount withdrawable from the specified bonus category. An offer limiting cashout to 20× a $50 credited bonus would produce a $1,000 cap; that calculation is separate from its wagering requirement. Completing the target does not remove the cap.
Account withdrawal limits can restrict each request or the amount paid in a period. Identity checks, payment-method conditions and fees can also affect the process. The tool does not calculate the final approved amount or a payment arrival date. Read withdrawal limits, withdrawals and account verification for those distinct questions.
Check the specific terms before using the result
Save the relevant coupon wording, credited bonus amount, calculation base, multiplier, contribution, maximum stake, expiry and cashout conditions. A correct multiplication can still answer the wrong question if the inputs come from a different stage or a different offer. A promotion timer also needs its own start point and timezone; the calculator does not read or extend it.
Where a general rule and a specific offer show different multipliers, resolve which conditions govern the claim. Ozwin’s published FAQ gives specific welcome wording, while our welcome guide explains its difference from the general terms. Do not silently choose whichever figure produces less wagering. Entering a number cannot resolve conflicting conditions.

If gambling is becoming difficult to control, use our responsible-gambling page. An unfinished promotion does not create a reason to chase losses. Welcome offers and wagering conditions
The four offers below illustrate why a match percentage and a wagering multiplier are different figures. Use the actual credited amount for the selected stage, then read the calculation base and all other conditions. A package total covering several deposits is not automatically one bonus amount for the form.

Wagering calculator FAQs
How does the wagering calculator work?
It multiplies the selected calculation base by the stated multiplier, subtracts progress already credited with a minimum remaining amount of zero, then divides the remaining target by the contribution rate expressed as a decimal. An optional permitted stake gives a whole-round estimate. The result applies the entered assumptions and does not confirm an account’s actual completion status.
Which wagering basis should I choose?
Use the basis stated in the specific offer: bonus only, qualifying deposit plus associated bonus, or actual promotional spin winnings. Do not select a smaller base simply because it reduces the target. A multi-deposit package can contain separate claims with different conditions. Resolve conflicting terms before treating a calculation as applicable to the account.
Do I enter the advertised maximum bonus or the amount credited?
Enter the bonus amount to which the requirement actually applies. A percentage match capped at a headline maximum does not mean every qualifying deposit receives that maximum. The relevant credited amount can depend on the deposit and offer stage. Unrelated earlier credits, later deposits and an account’s combined balance are not automatically part of the same base.
What does game contribution mean?
It is the proportion of eligible stakes counted towards the target. At 40% contribution, a $10 eligible stake counts as $4 of progress. A lower rate requires more eligible stakes for the same remaining counted target. The rate does not establish whether a game or mode is permitted; check the specific offer rather than inferring eligibility from the lobby.
What should I enter as wagering already credited?
Enter progress already counted after contribution adjustments, rather than raw stakes, deposits or the current balance. If $100 of qualifying stakes at 20% has been counted as $20 of progress, enter $20. Do not reduce the counter’s already-adjusted figure again. Also distinguish completed progress from a counter labelled remaining wagering.
Why is zero contribution rejected?
A game contributing zero cannot advance the target through further betting on that game. Dividing a positive remaining target by zero would not give a finite amount of stakes. The calculator therefore requires a contribution above zero. A prohibited game can also have consequences under the terms beyond making no progress; a calculator cannot override those restrictions.
How are free-spin winnings calculated?
Where the offer applies wagering to credited promotional spin winnings, enter that money amount and the stated multiplier. Hypothetically, $7.25 of winnings at 20× creates a $145 target before subtracting progress. The number of spins is not the calculation base. Separate deposit-match conditions, game restrictions, expiry and cashout caps still require their own checks.
Why are the remaining stakes and round estimate rounded upward?
The remaining-stakes display rounds upward to the next cent, while the round estimate rounds upward to a complete paid round. A fraction of a round is not included as a playable unit. These displays do not guarantee that a balance will fund the rounds, that the operator counts progress identically or that the selected stake is permitted.
What if credited progress is higher than the calculated target?
The remaining amount is shown as zero, with a warning to check the inputs and the operator’s counter. This does not confirm that the promotion is complete. The wrong base, a different offer stage or inconsistent counter units can cause a mismatch. Check the original conditions and the meaning of the progress figure before relying on it.
Does completing wagering guarantee a withdrawal or a profit?
No. The balance can be lost before the target is met, and a completed target does not itself remove promotional caps, account limits, verification or payment conditions. The tool does not forecast losses, calculate an approved cashout or recommend additional deposits. Use it to understand the stated arithmetic rather than treating the remaining target as an obligation to continue playing.
